This is how you out-macro zerg. You don't try to macro-battle from the get-go, they will beat you. You have to cripple them slightly first, and make them afraid that another attack will come soon. With this sense of fear, the zerg will be hesitant and cautious in his actions, leaving you to build up and scan at his build order.
